It is a physical workplace, offering meeting space, collaborative space and dedicated offices. We offer all the amenities of a traditional office without the overhead of leasing your own building. We have locations in Cool Springs, Burton Hills, Franklin, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Orlando. When you sign up for one, you get access to all locations.

Yes! But only if that’s what you need. We also offer collaborative space if you only need a physical workspace part of the time. We offer fully furnished dedicated offices, as well as fully-equipped meeting space if you only need a private room for the day. We have unique spaces to match only what you need to do your best work. Contact us now for a tour.

With membership, you can reserve any of our meeting rooms in advance for a discounted rate. Collaborative workspaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I reserve a meeting room without joining as a member?2021-06-16T11:01:58-04:00

Yes! We will reserve a room for you at our non-member rate as long as your request is during normal business hours. Contact us for non-member pricing and availability.

No. There is no lease to sign and no long-term commitment. Membership is month to month. Dedicated offices are offered on contract basis or month to month depending on your business needs.

What services do the location managers provide?2021-06-16T11:01:04-04:00

Our Location Managers provide support for all your office needs at e|spaces! Staffed hours at all e|spaces locations are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. to assist with technical problems you may encounter such as connecting to the wireless, printing from your laptop, or connecting to our displays for a presentation. Location Managers also assist in meeting room reservations, and are available to answer any e|spaces related questions you may have. They do not function as personal assistants to answer your phone or run errands, but can refer you to preferred sources for all your other needs!

It’s easy! Schedule a tour, or if you’re ready, join now from our website. Select the membership level that best suits your business needs, and enter your payment information. On your first day in the office, one of our location managers will go through a quick orientation with you to make sure you are set up to start enjoying the many benefits of membership!
