Ali Blackshear graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and minor in Business. After graduation, she worked as the website project manager for a small marketing firm, where she built websites and created newsletters for their customers. In September 2009, she married her high school sweetheart Blake, who is a member here at E|SPACES. After the wedding, they spent a year traveling through Belize, Honduras, Panama, Mexico, Canada and Alaska while doing all the things they love most — scuba diving, fishing, and exploring new places. After their travels, they settled back in Dallas, TX and just recently made the move to Nashville. Ali is excited about joining the team here at E|SPACES and getting to meet and learn about all the members.
Dale Clay graduated Cum Laude from Belmont University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Music Business. He started his career as the founder and business manager of Beve Mobile Coffee, a local coffee catering company. Dale has worked as an E|SPACES Concierge since summer of 2010 and loves getting to know all the members (and all the free coffee!). In his spare time Dale enjoys riding his motorcycle and composing music for film and TV.
Kelsy Harms graduated from The King’s College in NYC in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. For the past three years she also worked as Associate Producer and Director of Research for a feature-length documentary about the sex trafficking of children in America. After graduating and releasing the film, Sex+Money, this past summer, she moved to Nashville and married her husband, Tim, after three years of long distance dating. Kelsy enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, volunteering with Thistle Farms, hosting dinners at her home, and seeking creative outlets through writing or home projects. She looks forward to trips home to surf, snowboard, and hike in northern California with her family.
Justin Ostlind recently moved to Nashville from his home of 7 years in Northern Virginia. He graduated from George Mason University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He has worked 5 years in the consumer and professional banking market, with a speciality in operations and customer service. Most notably, he worked with Capital One Bank where he was assigned to several retail branches in the Virginia area. In each branch he significantly improved operations and customer interactions by refining old systems and implementing new ones. Justin now brings his years of experience to the team at E|SPACES.
*Justin also likes to go out to Colorado as much as possible to partake in the outdoor sports of downhill skiing and snowshoeing. (Donations welcome!)
