BANK OF NASHVILLE CEO CAFE with JIM FULLER & JIM LACKEY

The Bank of Nashville’s CEO Café on August 10.  The event, hosted by E|SPACES, will be facilitated by Jim Fuller and features Jim Lackey, former President & CEO of Passport Health Communications.  He will be speaking on, “When and How to QUIT:  How Successful Leaders Can Prepare for Their Transition Out of Leadership.”  Question & answer panelists at the event include The Bank of Nashville Director & President of Compass Executives, LLC, Art Rebrovick, and Jane Hardy, Principal of Career Resources.

 The CEO Café will begin promptly at 11:30 AM, with lunch and networking, followed by Jim Lackey’s presentation and ending with a question & answer session led by the aforementioned panel. The event will adjourn at 1:00 PM.

This is a private event open to E|SPACES members & guests only.

Jim Fuller Joins Member Council

Jim Lackey, Chair of the E|SPACES Member Council, announces the addition of Jim Fuller of Jim Fuller Consulting to the Council. Mr. Fuller is an executive coach, a business consultant, and an executive career strategist.  Jim Lackey refers to him as the human equivalent of Facebook and Linkedin, because of how well Mr. Fuller is connimageected in the Nashville area.

Jim Fuller previously served as executive director of a United Way agency, the political director for Governor Lamar Alexander’s re-election campaign, and the owner and CEO of several businesses. Over the last decade, Jim has coached and consulted hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs, individuals in executive career transition, and new business start ups in the Nashville area. He notes, “I know without a doubt that E|SPACES will be ideal for many of my clients, as well as entrepreneurs and other professionals throughout the Nashville area.”

E|SPACES is redefining the office. It is a new work and meeting environment for today’s generation of mobile, connected professionals. Conveniently located in the new Hill Center at Belle Meade, it provides professionals and small companies a business address and phone number, and a place to work and network, as well as an ideal place for meetings.

In his role on the Member Council, Jim will provide feedback on E|SPACES service and all aspects of this new office experience. The E|SPACES in Hill Center at Belle Meade is scheduled to open in July.

Amy Everhart Joins Member Council

Attorney Amy J. Everhart has joined the E|SPACES Member Council, according to Jim Lackey, Council Chair. Amy founded her firm to focus on individuals and organizations in the creative industries, entrepreneurs, inventors, business owners, and others with legal needs in the areas of trademark, copyright, entertainment, and the internet. From 1998 to 2009, she practiced law with the Nashville firm Riley Warnock & Jacobson, PLC. A graduate of Vanderbilt School of   imageLaw, Ms. Everhart is the Founding Co-Chair of the Solo and Small-Practice Committee of the Nashville Bar Association, former Chair of the Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, and Executive Council Member of the Intellectual Property Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.

E|SPACES is a new work and meeting space for today’s generation of mobile, connected professionals, including small firms and independent attorneys who need a professional environment to work and meet with clients. In addition to a physical environment, E|SPACES provides a professional community for attorneys, accountants, consultants, designers, entrepreneurs and professionals in all areas to learn, network, find clients and make referrals.

In her role on the Member Council, Amy will provide feedback on all aspects of the E|SPACES experience. Prior to opening in July in the new Hill Center at Belle Meade, the full Council will be in place to help redefine the concept of the office and meeting space for professionals.

Christopher Rand Added to Member Council

Christopher Rand is the latest addition to the E|SPACES Member Council, according to Jim Lackey, Chair of the Council. Christopher is a Co-Founder of TriStar Technology Ventures, which focuses on companies in the area of healthcare innovation. TriStar’s Technology Fund is one of the six initial TNInvestcos, set up to invest in Tennessee small and start-up businesses.

Prior to TriStar, Christopher was the Manager of New Venture Development in Vanderbilt’s Office of Technology Transfer and Enterprise Development. In that role, he was involved in licensing Vanderbilt intellectual property and working with start-up companies. He is a board member of the Nashville Capital Network, the Nashville Technology Council, and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
