Employees are looking for more flexibility in where they work, and spots like e|spaces, Knoxville offers another option between home and the office. As companies work to find the right balance between remote and in-person work, A new study finds that 75% of workers would give up at least one benefit or perk for the freedom to choose their work environment.

But completely remote work doesn’t work for everyone all the time. That’s why researchers predict demand for flexible space will continue to increase as a result of the pandemic, and by 2030, 30% of all office space will be flexible. It gives businesses and workers another option that’s not their dining room table, and also not a coffee shop. Flexible space offers meeting rooms, the ease of technology you miss from the office space, and a quiet location away from the family at home.

But it’s not just about the space, it’s also important to find a location that makes leaving the house worth it. Here are our 5 favorite things about e|spaces Knoxville.

Modern amenities:

e|spaces is more than just a desk. You have access to zoom rooms, conference rooms with flat-screen TVs with Apple airplay, hi-speed internet, standing desks, and IT help on site.

Most Americans love hybrid work, but how many have a high-quality color printer on hand, or a conference room fit for a board meeting? Not many of us. It’s one of the many reasons more businesses are considering coworking space to help fill the gaps in the hybrid work model.

Location, location, location:

e|spaces Knoxville is within 10 minutes of the University of Tennessee, downtown Knoxville, local schools, and in a central location to stores, gyms, churches, post offices, and grocery stores. The centralized location and easy access to interstates provide ease for meeting clients, customers and colleagues whether it be in one of the great meeting spaces at the office, or at a restaurant or coffee shop nearby.

Need to pick a client up from the airport, just jump on Alcoa Highway and you’ll be there in 20 minutes.

A stocked kitchen:

When working on an assignment in the office, many of us like to snack or grab a pick-me-up without having to pack a bag in the morning. e|spaces has stocked its kitchen with quick snacks like crackers, and chips, and nuts. There’s a fancy espresso machine where you can pick your poison from a vanilla latte to a mocha cappuccino, or if tea is more your speed, there’s a whole stash of the good herbal stuff. The top spot in the kitchen is always the fridge stocked with Bubbly and soda in whatever your favorite flavor is.

More perks for your tummy: provided Chick-fil-a breakfast once a week, and a happy hour on Thursday afternoons. (We always want to be ‘in the office’ on Thursdays for the great perks.)

Convenient to great eats:

Right outside the door of the e|spaces Kingston Pike location, are three different restaurants and a grocery store with ready-made food, plus more delicious eateries within a mile, making lunchtime something to look forward to.

In the same complex:
Pokeworks
Dos Bros
Hard Knox Pizzeria
Fresh Market

Good eats close by:
Farmacy
Harvest
Nama Sushi
Emma’s Southern Kitchen
