MEMPHIS, Tenn. — e|spaces is expanding its footprint in Tennessee with plans to open a new location at the Crescent Center in East Memphis, marking the company’s 17th office and its first in the East Memphis/Germantown market.
The new location strengthens e|spaces’ regional presence and further expands access to professional office space, meeting rooms and collaborative workspace for businesses, remote employees and entrepreneurs across the Memphis area.
Jon Pirtle, president and CEO of e|spaces, announced plans for the new location at the iconic Crescent Center on Poplar Avenue. The well-known office address — formerly home to the Crescent Club — sits within walking distance of restaurants and retail.
“Memphis is a city we’ve wanted to be in for a long time,” Pirtle said. “When the opportunity at Crescent Center came up, we knew it was the right moment to move forward.”
The Memphis location will span more than 21,000 square feet, with workspace options ranging from single-person offices to team suites of up to 5,000 square feet. Members will also have access to e|spaces’ standard amenities, including abundant natural light, free covered parking, business-class Wi-Fi, a fully stocked café, fully furnished, free printing and on-site support services.
