E|SPACES celebrated the upcoming opening of its new location at 231 Public Square in Downtown Franklin with a preview party December 19. Guests enjoyed food and drinks while exploring the unique space on The Square. In addition, to E|SPACES, Ruby  Sunshine announced it would be opening on the first floor of 231 Public Square.

Here are three things to know about the new space.

 E|SPACES is a membership shared office space concept that allows you an affordable way to have a professional location for meetings or to work. Even if you are not a member, you can choose to drop-in for a set fee or choose to rent one of the conference rooms by the hour which can accommodate up to 16 people which will be available on Feb. 1.

E|SPACES members get access to a range of amenities in the over 10,000 square feet space that includes free parking, powerful wifi, coffee and snacks, printing and an IT helpdesk. Office windows have views covering all angles of Downtown Franklin, and the 231 building will also house two restaurants (including a highly anticipated rooftop space) and a First Tennessee bank branch.

Downtown Franklin is the company’s fourth location in Tennessee. Other locations in the area include Belle Meade, Cool Springs, and Chattanooga. An E|SPACES will also open in Orlando in the near future.
