Here at e|spaces, we know a lot has changed in terms of how people and corporations work as a society. Offices will never be the same. It’s widely understood that flexibility–especially at work–has never mattered more. We spoke with staff and members at our Knoxville location who shared insight on how e|spaces has enabled them to transition and thrive in the modern work environment.
Angie Hamstead, with Fletcher Marketing PR, sites the collaborative nature as a plus. As many companies have pivoted to remote work models, it can leave entrepreneurs or teams feeling disconnected from previous environments that nurtured networking and collaboration.
“e|spaces allows me to recharge my batteries and be more productive by being around others. The convenient amenities and private and collaborative workspaces help me succeed and focus. My favorite day of the week is Thursday for happy hour! I enjoy getting to network and learn from other entrepreneurs,” said Hamstead.
For mobile professionals, we’re a hub for when collaborative space or meeting rooms are needed. We offer highly-equipped meeting and conference rooms and the ability for members and non-members alike to book meeting space.
“We have four meeting rooms that are available for rent at our Knoxville Bearden location as low as $30 an hour. We’ve had people rent rooms for photo shoots, board meetings, retreats, and events. It helps workers collaborate,” said Location Manager Pat Roberts.
As we all navigate and continue to adjust, e|spaces will make your life easier. We are truly a modern workspace reimagined.
While the structure and amenities at e|spaces have played an important role in fostering collaboration, location is also critical. Keath Finelli with Cirrus Insight cites the geographic area as an important aspect from both a team perspective and as a quality of life consideration.
“It has given us a central location where employees meet face to face and collaborate. Even better, the proximity to Knoxville’s Third Creek Greenway is excellent for daily walk breaks,” said Finelli.
As important as collaboration, socialization, and networking may be, it’s also helpful for individuals and teams to have time alone to focus and be productive. It’s a balancing act, but one that can be accomplished effectively and affordably with shared office space.
“e|spaces allowed me to get out of the house last year and have dedicated time to work alone without any distractions,” said Jason Pierce with Auto Anything.
Here at e|spaces, we continue to focus on providing you a professional workspace that will help your business grow, increase collaboration, provide amenities, snacks and resources you need to succeed.
