The highly anticipated e|spaces Nations office space and meeting rooms is now open in the centrally located, rapidly growing West Nashville neighborhood. With modern, flexible work spaces, meeting rooms and tech-enriched amenities, e|spaces occupies approximately 30,000 square feet in the visually stunning Stocking 51 building. Most importantly, private offices and meeting rooms offer a premier space for entrepreneurs, teams, companies and those who work remotely.
Work areas are available for as little as $300 a month and a variety of meeting rooms can accommodate 4 to 50 or more people (available for hourly rental for anyone) with whiteboards and video conferencing capabilities. e|spaces members get access to a range of amenities, including free parking, business-class wifi, coffee, drinks and snacks, printing and an IT help desk. In addition, the Nations office and meeting rooms also include a Zoom room, as well as an “interactive stairwell” that will include seating and a large video board that can project presentations, shows and other live events.
