Nashville-based coworking chain, E|Spaces (Website), has signed on to open a new space in Downtown Orlando.

Jon Pirtle, CEO of the coworking firm, confirmed the move HERE in 2017 with Orlando Business Journal. They plan to take over 29,000 SF of space at the new Church Street Plaza currently being built behind the Ballroom, just south of Church Street.

E|Spaces is looking for law firms and accountants to work on-site to help start-ups that will also call the place home.

This will be their largest office project.

Church Street Plaza (Website) is a new 28-story office and hotel tower that will also house nine floors of parking, 5,000 SF of retail, and a SunRail station built into the ground floor.
