The process from inquiry and touring, to move-in and acclimating has been seamless. The on-site location manager, Joi, has been nothing but great! Would definitely recommend if seeking office spaces of varying sizes with a modern and streamlined look and readily available assistance. In addition to that, it has a serene atmosphere which promotes an excellent work environment (an absolute must), 24-hour, year round security, free covered parking and is a certified hop, jump and skip from major highways as well as The Battery and all it has to offer.

I have been with espaces virtually since their beginning. The East Main office is by far the nicest and best staffed of which I have been a Member. The private offices, common areas, and meeting rooms are all first class. Hannah Alford the location manager is especially amazing and makes each workday easy and cheerful.
